Team work, developing business and adding extra competitive advantages to firms. I run my own company and develop others back in my country

Business Development and strategy

As a business analyst, I am accustomed to working on projects that require agility and adaptability. I can quickly understand and acclimate to new domains, technologies, and processes. This enables me to bridge gaps between different disciplines and facilitate effective teamwork. I have a solid understanding of business processes, industry trends, and best practices. This knowledge allows me to connect different disciplines within the team and align our efforts with the organisation's overarching goals and strategies. By leveraging my skills as a business analyst, I aim to foster collaboration, use data driven approach, unlock insights, and support effective decision-making within our multidisciplinary team. Together, we can harness the power of diverse perspectives and drive innovation to achieve our shared objectives. I look forward to working with each of you and contributing my expertise to our team's collective success.

Teaching experiences have fostered my consideration of scaffolding and innovation. Business leads me to consider organisational elements, key performance indicators, design thinking, and finances. Chiemezie Ugochukwu chg23rjn@bangor.ac.uk I am university lecturer in Nigeria before I resumed my research at Bangor University. Having worked in a university environment, I learnt skills like communication, team work, and ability to learn new skills. ugochukwuchiemezie@gmail.com New Media and AI

I am an eternal learner. Learning new things fascinates me. It is what has led me to live in 3 countries so far, not counting my native Cameroon, which are Russia, Nigeria and now the UK. I speak French, English, Russian and German. This makes me open-minded and willing to do anything to achieve my goals. This last trait led me to set up my own bank brokerage business 3 years ago, which ran for quite a while. However, it is another experience that comes to mind. Today, as a student in the UK, mainly in Bangor, I seized the opportunity to do a student job. I am a cleaner in a big local structure. I have to say it is quite challenging because I have to keep up with my studies. I have learned to refine my time management even more. Then there is the fact that at work, the cleaners' schedules are a mess. Instinctively, I have become a leader capable of guiding my colleagues to better execution of their tasks while avoiding conflicting positions.

I worked for an education company as a storyteller, giving English-learning workshops to children (6–16) in different schools across Italy. I honed a variety of different skills, such as teamwork, communication, and, of course, working with children, with the company's aims at the forefront of my mind. I was in a team of three, working together to form lesson ideas and styles of delivery. My job was to deliver the material to classes in such a way that the schools would confirm their likelihood of hiring the company again, and for me in all cases, the probability was high.

I am heavily invested in projects I take an interest in. I enjoy doing research into niche subjects and finding unique solutions to a problem. I have been involved in a number of team-orientated roles, such as my volunteering work in a stable focused on helping disabled children learn to ride. At the start of each day, we would go over which children we would be caring for that day and assign everyone roles according to what would be best for each child. For these reasons, I would love to be involved in this project.

Theatre is one of my hobbies - teamwork is at the heart of it. It is vital to communicate with each other to put on successful shows, to understand each other's strengths and weaknesses and to play into them, and to ensure everyone is confident in what their task is and assured they can ask for help or clarifications.
